Manufacturing - Cabinet

The following value-added components are included when Delton Cabinet is your source for cabinetry:

  • Our Plant is located in Edmonton's Northwest Industrial Park and features 10,000 sq. ft. of administration and showroom and over 50,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing facilities.
  • Of note, Delton has elected to maintain the dimensions and inherent strength of its components. All of our cabinet boxes are constructed with 5/8" thick, Good-2-Sides panels throughout - as opposed to the practice of some manufacturers to include 1/2", 1/4" or 1/8" thick components.
  • Further and to enhance strength, durability and value we utilize dowelled and glued construction techniques.
  • Delton's standard, heavy-duty drawer construction is 5/8" Good-2-Side melamine throughout (no 1/8" drawer bottoms).  Side-mount, full-extension drawer slides are standard.
  • Our design staff is able to offer a wide selection of door styles and finishes.
  • Since all of our doors and panels are finished in-house, you benefit from an almost unlimited selection of colours and stains.

There may be instances when other cabinet makers are unable to provide you with the high standards of product quality and service that you require. Such is not the case with Delton Cabinet.

Celebrating its 51st Anniversary in 2009, Delton Cabinet Mfg. Ltd. has the expertise and the capacity to provide you with the highest quality of kitchen, bath, home office and entertainment system cabinetry at the best value.

All wood doors are manufactured with natural Oak, Maple, Cherry, Hickory or Pine. All inserts for flat panel doors are matching wood veneer. Inserts for raised-panel doors are solid wood. We have maintained our policy at Delton Cabinet to hand-sand every door and panel prior to finishing. This eliminates any evidence of cross-grain sanding and provides the best preparation for colours, stains and the final finish.

Delton Cabinet's professional finishers are able to apply standard or custom finishes that enhance the beauty of natural wood. Designed, manufactured and finished; these beautiful cabinets are ready to be installed in your dream kitchen.
